Our Terms and Conditions are as follows:
· We are an online retailer of cycling products. We do not own the trademarks, brands or logos depicted anywhere on our website. In addition, we are not affiliated with any of the brands or trademarks listed on any product on the website. All rights reserved.
· We are not responsible for the misuse of any of the products we sell.
· Products listed on the website may or may not be in stock at the time of every online purchase. Should a customer purchase a product on the website, and the product happens to have run out of stock, we reserve the right to email the customer to confirm the stock shortage and the customer can request a full refund which will be processed within 7 working days.
· Geared4Cycling.com is not responsible for import duties and taxes payable in the destination country.
· The customer may not duplicate any portion of this website without prior authorization from Geared4Cycling.com.
Our Returns and Refunds Policy is as follows:
· We ship to most countries worldwide. We make use of mostly postal systems in order to be able to offer affordable shipping on most of our products.
· All orders made on this website will require 5 working days to process, including payment verification and confirmation which normally takes 2 working days with our payment processor. Thereafter, your order will be shipped and you should physically receive your order within 45 working days.
· All products will be delivered within 45 working days from the date of despatch. Should your product not be received by you within 45 working days, you can request for a full refund by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or sending a Whatsapp message to +263719684870.
· We do not accept returns on any orders.
· If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified via email and will have the option of requesting a cancellation of your order and a full refund within 5 working days.
· If the product you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via email and you will have the option of waiting a further 14 working days delay in shipment, or request for a full refund within 5 working days if you cannot wait a further 14 days delay in the 45 working day delivery time.
· Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected. We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
· We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfilment of those purposes. We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
· Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
· We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
· We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
· We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
Our Delivery Policy is as follows:
· All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When the out of stock item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
· Upon successfully placing an order and making payment, allow 5 working days for your order to be processed and payment confirmation to be received. Thereafter, a maximum time-frame for physical receipt of your order is 45 working days. If you do not receive your order within 45 working days from the date of despatch of your order, you may request a full refund for your order.
